J2 Fragrance House currently ships within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Tracking information is provided when available.

Returns

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened, used, or sprayed items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact J2 within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging before sending a return.
